Judge Rules Bloomberg Must Carry Out Equal Benefits Law He Vetoed

A State Supreme Court justice ruled yesterday that the administration of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg must carry out a law requiring companies that do business with the city to extend the same benefits to employees' domestic partners that they provide to spouses.
